Keller and Heckman LLP Announces Its Annual Practical Food Law Seminar

International law firm Keller and Heckman LLP will host its annual Practical Food Law Seminar from May 3 through May 5, 2022, in San Francisco, CA. For over 35 years, industry leaders have attended the Practical Food Law Seminar, which offers a comprehensive overview of the applicable statutory and regulatory framework for foods, including dietary supplements.

Previous Keller and Heckman Practical Food Law Seminars have earned praise from participants. One attendee described the program as, “a great overview of the whole structure of food regulation.” Another said the seminar was, “a great introduction and overview for those who are new to the food regulatory area. The topics covered were relevant and thorough.”

We’re confident this year’s seminar will be similarly well-received. The seminar will consist of an overview of food safety requirements and adulteration provisions, as well as labeling requirements, claims, and advertising. Highlights include food import requirements, understanding food recall procedures, and strategies for successfully handling FDA inspections and other enforcement actions.

State CLE credit hours are available, pending individual state approval.

Registration for the seminar is open. Pricing and event details can be found here.
