Janeanne R. Gorman
Janeanne Gorman joined Keller and Heckman in 2019 and serves as the firm’s Executive Director. She is responsible for the firm’s global business operations, including Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Marketing and Business Development, Risk Management, and Information Technology. Janeanne works closely with the Management Committee in the development and implementation of short-term and long-term business strategy for the firm. Prior to joining Keller and Heckman, Janeanne held management and financial positions at several prominent firms, including an AmLaw 100 firm.
Janeanne is a graduate of Rutgers University and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting. As a CPA, Janeanne began her professional career in the Audit group of a major international professional services firm before transitioning into law firm management and administration.
Sharon D. Drummond
Director of Administrative Operations
Sharon Drummond joined Keller and Heckman in 1993 and was promoted to Human Resources Manager in 2004. In 2014, she was promoted to her current role as the Director of Administrative Operations. Sharon works closely with the Executive Director in implementing operational strategies. She also oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations, including working with firm-wide staff and attorneys to provide leadership and guidance in regard to employee relations, human resources policy, performance management, compensation, benefits, and recruiting.
Robert E. Mirowicz
Director of Information Systems
Robert Mirowicz joined the firm’s Information Systems (IS) Department in 2004 and has held the Director of Information Systems position since 2013. He is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing IS functions at the firm, as well as the support and maintenance of existing applications, and development of new technical solutions.
Rob has over 25 years of experience in the information technology field, primarily focused on the delivery of technical solutions in network architecture, security, and recovery, as well as enterprise systems administration.
Marybeth Norris joined Keller and Heckman in 2005. She is responsible for firm-wide financial operations, strategy, analysis, and reporting. Marybeth manages the firm’s Accounting department, overseeing client billing and collections, budgeting, and cash management. She has over 20 years of experience in the Finance and Accounting areas of international law firms.
Marybeth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from Georgetown University.
Caryn M. Wick
Director of Marketing
Caryn Wick joined Keller and Heckman in 2003. She served in a number of progressively responsible roles within the Marketing group and was promoted to Director of Marketing in 2018. Caryn oversees the Marketing team, which is responsible for coordination of business development initiatives for firm attorneys and scientists such as seminars and webinars, websites and blogs, as well as client alerts and publications. She is responsible for development and implementation of strategy, branding and website development.
Caryn graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design.
