Sharon D. Drummond

Sharon Drummond joined Keller and Heckman in 1993 and has held positions of increasing responsibility throughout her more than three decades with the firm. She was promoted to Human Resources Manager in 2004, became Director of Human Resources in March 2010, and was named Director of Administrative Operations in May 2014. In 2026, she assumed her current role as Director of Administrative Operations and Special Projects.

Drawing on her extensive knowledge of the firm and its operations, Sharon supports key operational initiatives, oversees the firm’s office relocation efforts, provides transition support, and manages special projects requiring coordination across departments and offices.
