Renee Carlton joined Keller and Heckman in 2025 as Global Executive Director, bringing over two decades of experience in law firm operations, facilities management, and administration. Based in Washington, DC, she oversees operational and administrative functions across the firm’s five offices: Washington, DC; Brussels; San Francisco; Shanghai; and Boulder. Working in close partnership with the Management Committee, Renee leads the execution of Keller and Heckman’s strategic initiatives.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity from the University of Maryland and maintains Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI), bringing both technical expertise and proven project leadership capabilities to her role.
