Julia K. Larson

Julia Larson joined Keller and Heckman in 2026, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in human resources and talent management, primarily within professional services organizations.

As Director of Human Resources, Julia oversees the firm’s human resources function and works closely with the Global Executive Director on the firm’s people-related priorities. She collaborates with attorneys, scientists, and business operations professionals across the firm, providing guidance on employee relations, recruiting, performance management, benefits administration, professional development, and human resources policies.

Before joining Keller and Heckman, Julia held human resources roles in law firms and other professional services organizations.

Julia earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Furman University.
