Washington, DC – International regulatory law firm Keller and Heckman LLP launches Food & Chemicals Unpacked, a podcast from our Packaging Practice which provides a comprehensive view of the emerging legal and scientific issues surrounding the food, chemical, packaging, consumer product, and tobacco and e-vapor industries. 

Partners Mark Thompson and Kathryn Skaggs serve as the podcast hosts and introduce Keller and Heckman’s in-house chemists, toxicologists, attorneys, and industry leaders as guests to discuss the technical issues surrounding these industries. 

“Our intention is to give people clear and concise updates on legislative developments, new regulations, and other non-governmental initiatives that have an impact on the food and chemical industries,” said Kathryn Skaggs, a partner in Keller and Heckman’s Food and Drug Packaging Practice Group.

The first episode of Food & Chemicals Unpacked focuses on the regulation of Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) in food packaging applications at both state and federal levels and how its regulation affects a huge number of products in various markets.
