Super Lawyers, part of Thomson Reuters, has recognized Keller and Heckman Partners James (Jim) Baller and Manesh Rath as Washington, DC Super Lawyers for 2023. Associate Timothy (Tim) Doughty was also selected for the Rising Stars list. All three of these attorneys have been consistently recognized by Super Lawyers in previous years.
Partner Jim Baller was selected as a Washington, DC Super Lawyer for his work in telecommunications law. Jim represents clients across the United States in a broad range of communications matters including high-capacity broadband network projects, public-private broadband partnerships, telecommunications, wireless facility siting, right-of-way management, pole and conduit attachments, and barriers to community broadband initiatives.
Partner Manesh Rath has been recognized for his work in Employment and Labor, as well as Employment Litigation. Manesh focuses his practice on a wide range of matters related to occupational safety and health law, litigation, wage and hour and class action litigation, and association law.
