Partners Greg Kunkle, Tom Magee, and Sean Stokes to Present at the 2026 UTC Telecom & Technology Conference

Keller and Heckman Partners Greg Kunkle, Tom Magee, and Sean Stokes will present at the Utilities Technology Council (UTC) Telecom & Technology Conference, to be held in Minneapolis, Minnesota, on June 1-4, 2026.

Tom’s presentation, “Pole Owner and Attacher Collaboration on Broadband Deployments,” will explain how utilities and broadband providers can collaborate to achieve their respective goals in the most efficient and practical way possible to fully enable deployments nationwide for the benefit of all.

Sean will walk attendees through “Pole Attachments 101: Understanding Legal Requirements and Best Practices,” providing an overview of federal pole attachment regulations, as well as best practices in drafting and administering pole attachment agreements.

Greg’s presentation, “Taking Stock of the Current State of Spectrum Available for Utilities,” will offer a comprehensive overview of the current state of available spectrum suitable for use by utilities in private, internal communications systems.
