Communications and Technology Attorneys to Present at the 2026 ENTELEC Conference

Keller and Heckman Partners Tim Doughty, Greg Kunkle, and Wes Wright, along with Associate Jackson Cherner, will present at the ENTELEC Conference & Expo, to be held in Galveston, Texas, on April 6-9, 2026.

Their panel, “RF & Regulatory Update,” will include a discussion of key Federal Communications Commission (FCC) actions and priorities, such as the agency’s expanded push to introduce additional unlicensed devices in the 6 GHz band, an update on pLTE spectrum offerings, the Commission’s continued effort to streamline the environmental permitting and historic review process for communications towers, and more.
