Keller and Heckman Partner Sean Stokes was quoted in the Community Networks article, “Charter Spectrum Pushes Florida Law That Would Preempt Local Authority and Increase Burden on Municipal Electric Ratepayer.” The articles discusses fallout from a pair of bills currently in Florida’s state legislature that some believe are an attack on the state’s urban municipal electric utility ratepayers to the financial benefit of big cable monopolies, under the guise of expanding rural broadband.
