Peter Craddock Authors Cyber Security: A Peer-Reviewed Journal Paper on Cyber Security Enforcement Trends and Best Practices

Keller and Heckman Partner Peter Craddock authored the paper, “Compliance beyond good practice: What regulators see as ‘appropriate’ security measures,” published in Volume 9, Number 3 of Cyber Security: A Peer-Reviewed Journal.

Exploring enforcement trends regarding cyber security under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other European laws, the paper examines decisions by data protection authorities in the UK, Sweden, Spain, Belgium, and Greece. Peter’s analysis urges organizations to treat cyber security as an evolving process, but also to defend well-founded choices even in the face of regulatory scrutiny.
