Herb Estreicher Quoted in Article on China Seeking Identities in EPA Rules
Keller and Heckman Partner Herb Estreicher was quoted in the Bloomberg Law article, “China Seeks Specific Identities in EPA Rules Restricting New Uses of Chemicals.” The article discusses how China is objecting to two final rules and one proposed regulation the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued to restrict new uses of chemicals.
The EPA rules should give Chemical Abstracts Service (CAS) numbers or other information so Chinese companies would know whether their products or chemicals are covered by the rules, China said in one of several objections raised.
