David Fischer’s Article on IARC Cited in JTRP Letter to the Editor on Monsanto Company v. Durnell

Keller and Heckman Partner David Fischer’s Journal of Toxicology and Regulatory Policy (JTRP) commentary article, “The IARC Monographs Program – sowing public confusion, controversy, and criticism: a commentary,” was cited in “Sound risk science must guide herbicide labeling: ISRTP’s participation as amicus curiae in Monsanto Company v. Durnell,” a JTRP letter to the editor by Michael Dourson.

Michael notes that David’s article “provides a detailed critique of the IARC Monographs Program, documenting its tendency to sow public confusion and controversy through classifications that are not grounded in full risk-based analysis.”
