David Fischer Quoted in Inside TSCA Article on March Hearing on TSCA

Keller and Heckman Partner David Fischer was quoted in the Inside TSCA article, “Senate Panel Plans To Float Draft TSCA Bill In Advance Of March Hearing.” The article, which discusses the Senate environment committee’s plans to hold a March hearing on the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), also addresses recent activity by the TSCA Improvement Coalition, led by David.

The Coalition sent Energy and Commerce environment subcommittee members a February 11th letter outlining a set of “targeted changes to TSCA. We are confident that the recommended changes will further strengthen the Subcommittee’s commendable efforts, as reflected in the current discussion draft, to advance sensible chemical regulation."

The Coalition seeks changes across TSCA, in sections 3, 5, 6, 8, 12, 21 and 26.
