David Fischer Quoted in Inside TSCA Article on Impact of MAHA Petition on Deregulatory Efforts at EPA

Keller and Heckman Counsel David Fischer was quoted in the Inside TSCA article, “MAHA Call For Zeldin’s Firing Signals Ongoing Clash Over TSCA Rollbacks.” The article addresses a pending petition submitted by leaders of Make America Healthy Again (MAHA), urging President Trump to remove U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrator Lee Zeldin, asserting that he has prioritized the chemical industry’s interests over Trump’s campaign agenda.
