David Fischer Quoted in Inside TSCA Article on Bill for TSCA School Cleanups

Keller and Heckman Counsel David Fischer was quoted in the Inside TSCA article, “Democrats Renew Bill For TSCA School Cleanups, Previewing 2025 Priority.” The article discusses a TSCA bill reintroduced by House and Senate Democrats that would approve $52 billion in TSCA grants for removing harmful chemicals from schools. The reintroduction of the “Get Toxic Substances Out of Schools Act” could lay the groundwork for addressing TSCA legislation in the 119th Congress.

David, lead organizer of the TSCA Improvement Coalition, mentioned at Keller and Heckman’s recent TSCA seminar that Congress’s rewrite of TSCA “was not done well the first time around in 2016… Maybe this time we’ll get things right.”
