David Fischer Quoted in Inside PFAS Policy Article on PFAS Reporting Rule

Keller and Heckman Partner David Fischer was quoted in the Inside PFAS Policy article, “Facing Deadline, EPA Expected To Again Delay Start Of PFAS Reporting Rule.” The article discusses the likelihood that EPA will again delay the submission period for manufacturers to report data on their PFAS uses under the TSCA reporting rule and gives an overview on recent updates regarding the rule.

David states that EPA is “fully aware of [the] reporting start date and plans to address the issue,” and he believes that the agency will be acting “imminently.”

The current reporting schedule is April 13 to October 13, 2026, with an alternate end date of April 13, 2027, for “small manufacturers reporting exclusively as article importers.”
