David Fischer Quoted in Article on EPA Mandate for TSCA Test Orders

Keller and Heckman Counsel David Fischer was quoted in the Chemical Watch article, “TSCA Test Orders Expected for 11 Remaining High-Priority Chemicals.” The article discusses how the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is expected to mandate testing for 11 high-priority substances undergoing TSCA risk evaluations that were excluded from an earlier batch of test orders. The move would represent another step forward in the agency’s effort to use its expanded authority under the amended TSCA to require industry to fill data gaps for existing chemicals, a trend which is expected to increase in the coming months.
