David Fischer Mentioned in Inside PFAS Article on TSCA PFAS Reporting Rule Coalition Comments

Keller and Heckman Partner David Fischer was mentioned in the Inside PFAS article, “Industry Backs EPA’s PFAS Reporting Rule In Face Of Critics’ Warnings.” The article notes David as one of the authors behind the TSCA PFAS Reporting Rule Coalition’s December 23rd comment letter.

“[T]he Coalition believes that EPA’s current interpretation of section 8(a)(7) as reflected in the Proposed Rule represents the best reading of TSCA,” stated the letter. 

The coalition represents chemical and other manufacturers subject to the reporting rule.
