Partners Tom Berger and James Votaw to Present at ChemCon The Americas 2023

Keller and Heckman Partners Tom Berger and James Votaw will present at ChemCon The Americas 2023, taking place in San Francisco, California on March 13 – 17, 2023. Tom will serve as a Session Chair for two presentations on Tuesday, March 14. The first presentation will give a TSCA implementation update on existing chemicals, and the second presentation will give a TSCA implementation update on new chemicals and PFAS. James will be among the speakers for a later presentation on the same day, titled “PFAS and the essential use discussion.” James will specifically be discussing PFAS restriction developments in the United States, Canada, and Asia-Pacific.
