Partners Michael Novak, Eve Pelonis, and Rohit Sabnis to Present at NBI’s Food and Farm Law Webinar

Keller and Heckman Partners Michael Novak, Eve Pelonis, and Rohit Sabnis will present at the National Business Institute’s (NBI) Food and Farm Law Webinar, taking place on December 22, 2022. Eve will speak in a presentation titled, “Food Safety and Labeling Compliance, Product Liability and Recalls.” Michael’s presentation, “Hot Topics in Water Use, Stormwater Runoff, Fertilizers, and Insecticides,” will follow Eve’s discussion. Lastly, Ro will give a talk on “Food Litigation 101: Reasonable Consumer Standard.”
