Keller and Heckman Partners Casey Lide and Sean Stokes will present at Mountain Connect, to be held in Denver, Colorado on August 10-12, 2026.

Sean’s presentation, “Utilities as Infrastructure Partners: New Rules for Make-Ready in 2026,” will focus on best practices in developing, negotiating, and implementing infrastructure access agreements with utilities.
