Partners Tom Magee and Sean Stokes to Present at the 2024 UTC Telecom & Technology Conference

Keller and Heckman Partners Tom Magee and Sean Stokes will present at the 2024 Utilities Telecom Council (UTC) Telecom & Technology Conference, to be held in Mobile, Alabama on May 20 – 24, 2024.

Tom’s presentation, “Pole Attachments and Broadband – What Utility Pole Owners Need to Know,” will explain how utilities can (and do) cope with the flood of pole attachment requests, and will recommend strong contract provisions and operational safeguards, all compliant with ever-changing state and federal regulations.

Sean will serve as a moderator for the following sessions: Utility 4G and 5G Private Networks – Matching Spectrum Selection to Targeted Applications; Legal and Regulatory Considerations When Providing Broadband Services; Codes, Standards and Rule Changes Impacting Tower and Small Cells; and Microwave Communications: 6 GHz Interference Mitigation.
