Partner Sean Stokes to Present at the TATOA Annual Conference

Keller and Heckman Partner Sean Stokes will present at the Texas Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors (TATOA) Annual Conference, taking place in McAllen, Texas on November 3 – 4, 2022. Sean will serve as one of the speakers for the presentation titled, “Legal Considerations in Developing Broadband Grant Proposals.” The presentation will provide an overview of the state law restrictions on governmental and non-profit entities in relation to broadband deployments and digital inclusion programs, as well as address federal requirements associated with the major grant programs currently available.
