Partner Sean Stokes to Present at TAG's Infrastructure Society Webinar on BEAD

Keller and Heckman Partner Sean Stokes will be among the speakers for the Technology Association of Georgia’s (TAG) Infrastructure Society webinar, The State of Broadband Equity Access and Deployment (BEAD) & the Path Forward: Policy Evolution, Hybrid Networks & Digital Future. The webinar will be held on April 7, 2026.

The webinar will examine the current state of BEAD deployment, including implementation progress, funding realities, and execution challenges, while also exploring emerging “BEAD 2.0” policy shifts that emphasize flexibility, fiber-wireless convergence, and hybrid infrastructure models supporting AI-ready networks.
