Partner Sean Stokes to Present at FCBA’s CLE Broadband Program

Keller and Heckman Partner Sean Stokes will serve as a panelist at the Federal Communications Bar Association’s (FCBA) CLE program, Billions for Broadband: An Update on the BEAD Grant Process and What’s Next for State Broadband Offices in 2024, to be held virtually on February 6, 2024. The panel, “Stakeholder Representatives Speak About the BEAD Process,” will discuss the perspective of likely applicants for subgrants on the BEAD grant process. Topics will also include the challenge process, non-priority broadband projects, and issues related to timely deployment.
