Partner Sean Stokes to Present at APPA's Legal & Regulatory Conference

Keller and Heckman Partner Sean Stokes will present at the American Public Power Association’s (APPA) Legal & Regulatory Conference. The conference will take place on November 7 – 10, 2022, in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Sean’s presentation, titled, “Keeping Up With Pole Attachment Regulations,” will examine the key legal and regulatory developments at the Federal Communications Commission and in several states on public power utility poles, including ongoing efforts to require public power utilities to pay a greater share of pole replacement costs.
