Partner Sean Stokes to Present at the APPA Joint Use Webinar

Keller and Heckman Partner Sean Stokes will present at the American Public Power Association’s (APPA) Understanding and Managing Joint Use Pole Attachment Agreements webinar, to be held on September 8, 2026.

This webinar will explore the unique characteristics of joint use pole attachment agreements between public power utilities and incumbent telephone companies, with a focus on the legal, operational, and business challenges that arise from agreements developed under assumptions that may no longer reflect today's utility environment.
