Partner Sean Stokes to Present a 2026 APPA Pole Attachments Webinar Series

Keller and Heckman Partner Sean Stokes will present a two-part webinar series, Pole Attachments for Public Power: From Fundamentals to Future Trends, hosted by the American Public Power Association (APPA), to be held on January 15 and January 22, 2026.

In the first session, “Pole Attachment 101: Basics for Public Power,” Sean will provide a comprehensive introduction to the fundamentals of pole attachments.

In the second session, “Pole Attachments 201: The Current Environment—A Legal, Regulatory, and Practical Overview,” he will offer a deeper analysis of today’s landscape.

This series is designed to equip utility professionals with the foundational knowledge and forward-looking insights needed to manage pole attachments effectively and strategically.
