Partner Sean Stokes to Present at the 2025 NATOA Annual Conference

Keller and Heckman Partner Sean Stokes will present at the 2025 National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors (NATOA) Annual Conference, to be held in New Orleans, Louisiana, on August 18-21, 2025. Sean will serve as a panelist for the policy session, “Working with Today’s FCC: Possibilities & Perils,” which will examine how recent court decisions indicate that courts may give less deference to FCC actions than under the previous Chevron doctrine. The session will also explore the new Commission leadership and how it could possibly change the FCC’s traditional priorities.
