Partner Katie Bond to Present at FDLI’s 2025 Food Advertising, Labeling, and Litigation Conference

Keller and Heckman Partner Katie Bond will present at the Food and Drug Law Institute’s (FDLI) Food Advertising, Labeling, and Litigation Virtual Conference on September 17-18, 2025. 

Katie will be speaking on the panel, “Hot Topics in Food and Dietary Supplement Advertising,” which will explore how technology, including artificial intelligence, is providing new challenges and opportunities for marketing food and dietary supplements. The conversation will cover advertising that is directed towards children, including on social media and via influencers, landing pages as labels, and forms of liability related to online sales more broadly.
