Partner Katie Bond to Present at ACI’s Legal, Regulatory and Compliance Forum on Dietary Supplements

Keller and Heckman Partner Katie Bond will present at the American Conference Institute’s (ACI) 14th Annual Legal, Regulatory and Compliance Forum on Dietary Supplements, to be held on June 25-26, 2026, in New York, New York.

Katie will serve as a panelist for the session “Inside the Plaintiffs’ Bar Playbook Against the Supplement Industry: Analyzing the Latest Class Action Litigation Trends and Minimizing Your Risk of Being a Target,” which will provide an in-depth look at recent and emerging class action activity in the supplement space, highlight the practices most likely to draw scrutiny, and offer practical guidance for strengthening defenses and minimizing risk.
