Partner Katie Bond to Present at ACI’s Annual Legal, Regulatory, & Compliance Forum on Cosmetics & Personal Care
Keller and Heckman Partner Katie Bond will present at the American Conference Institute’s (ACI) 11th Annual Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance Forum on Cosmetics & Personal Care, to be held in New York, New York on March 20 – 21, 2024. Katie will serve as a panelist in the session “Beauty Under the Influence: Adhering to the Latest FTC Guidance on Endorsements, Influencers and Consumer Reviews: NAD & FTC Townhall,” which will analyze FTC’s guidelines for social media and influencer endorsements, explore FTC’s take on dark patterns and consumer deception tactics, and provide insight into the current class action threats associated with environmental claims.
