Partner Katie Bond to Present at ACI’s 2026 Forum on Advertising Claims Substantiation

Keller and Heckman Partner Katie Bond will present at the American Conference Institute’s (ACI) 9th Annual Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance Forum on Advertising Claims Substantiation, to be held in New York, New York on February 5-6, 2026. 

Katie will join the panel discussion “What it Means to Be ‘Green’ in 2026: Status of Environmental Claims.” Panelists will explore navigating environmental claims compliance in the absence of updated FTC Green Guides and amid increasing enforcement by certain states. Other topics to be discussed include sustainability claims, recent greenwashing enforcement actions, and risk mitigation strategies.
