Partner Katie Bond to Present at ACI's 2026 Advanced Summit on Food Law Regulation, Compliance and Litigation

Keller and Heckman Partner Katie Bond will be speaking at the American Conference Institute’s (ACI) Advanced Summit on Food Law Regulation, Compliance and Litigation, to be held in Chicago, Illinois on April 28-29, 2026.

Katie will be presenting on the topic “People of the State of California v. Kraft Heinz Company, Inc., et al. – Preparing for the Next Wave of UPF Lawsuits,” which will address preparation for the next wave of ultra-processed foods (UPF) lawsuits.

This session will navigate the evolving food regulatory landscape by reconciling state and federal laws, preparing for potential GRAS reform, and understanding how emerging initiatives are defining “processed” versus “ultra processed” foods.
