Partner Jim Baller to Present at UTC’s Broadband Workshop

Keller and Heckman Partner Jim Baller will present at the Utilities Technology Council’s (UTC) Broadband Workshop, taking place in Spokane, Washington on September 7 – 9, 2022. Jim’s presentation, titled “What You Need to Know About Regulatory Issues for Broadband,” will focus on the various legal and regulatory issues that any utility or ISP should consider in structuring a successful broadband deployment project.
