Partner James Votaw and Counsel David Fischer to Present at TSCA Annual Conference

Keller and Heckman Partner James Votaw and Counsel David Fischer will present at the 6th annual Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Conference, taking place virtually on June 29, 2022. The conference will feature panelists who will discuss amendments and challenges to TSCA, along with where the Act stands today. David will participate in Panel 1, “The Interface of Science and Policy Under TSCA.” James will participate in Panel 2, “New Chemical Review.”
