Keller and Heckman Partner Jim Baller will be a guest speaker at Community Broadband Action Network’s (CBAN) Lunch and Learn webcast, “The View from Washington, DC,” on December 1, 2021. Jim will discuss the effects of the new infrastructure bill on broadband development, along with Federal Communications Commission (FCC) updates and ‘small cell’ rules.
