David Fischer to Present at CropLife Regulatory Conference

Keller and Heckman Counsel David Fischer will present at the CropLife America, RISE & CPDA Regulatory Conference in Washington, DC on April 20-22, 2022. The event, which is sponsored by Keller and Heckman, will feature a variety of presentations on new technologies, legal regulations, and environmentally sustainable methods for growing crops. David will discuss the impact of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) within the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and in various states in their presentation titled, “Federal and State Container Issues.”
