We are seeking a Project Manager to provide high-level management, administrative and legal support to our attorneys and scientists. This role is responsible for leading projects from initiation through close-out by defining scope, developing schedules, managing budgets, coordinating resources and communicating with partners.
The Project Manager demonstrates leadership and requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to ensure projects are delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support in daily client operations, planning, and task coordination with an emphasis on support of trade associations managed by the Firm.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of Semi-Annual and Annual Meetings, Quarterly Reports, and other key meetings.
- Maintain and update internal project tracking and monitoring tools.
- Create reports, charts, and diagrams for client meetings and presentations.
- Support trade association Regional and other Working Groups and execute periodic meetings, including scheduling and issuance of invitations.
- Prepare meeting agendas for each region and disseminate after approval by the Regional Manager.
- Attend all meetings; take minutes, draft summaries, and circulate final minutes.
- Monitor regional news and developments and draft member communications related to updates or emerging issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 2 - 5 years of Project Management experience. Project Management Certification a plus.
- Experience with coordinating meetings, taking minutes, and drafting communications.
- Ability to work effectively with internal staff, external members, and cross-regional teams.
- Willingness to work occasional overtime to meet deadlines.
Hybrid Work Arrangement
This role follows a hybrid work model. Hybrid schedules are determined based on role requirements and business needs. Must be local to Washington, D.C. area.
Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated salary range for this position is: $90,000 - $110,000, representing the low and high end of the salary range. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, job-related experience, qualifications, and internal alignment. The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, prescription drug, vision, and dental coverage.
