OSHA/Environmental/Transportation Associate

We are seeking a qualified associate (1-3 years) with an interest in OSHA, environmental, transportation, and related regulatory matters to work in our Washington, D.C. Office.

Candidate should possess strong academic credentials, analytical, writing and interpersonal skills, and the ability to assume immediate responsibility.  Demonstrated ability with compliance counseling, administrative law, and regulatory policy development is preferred.  Enforcement litigation experience is preferred.  Ability to relate well with a variety of people is important because of a team approach to the practice and extensive client contact.
