We are seeking a seeking a talented midlevel Associate to join our nationally recognized Communications & Technology practice in our Boulder, Colorado Office. This is an excellent opportunity to advise clients on telecommunications regulation, broadband deployment, technology transactions, infrastructure development, and related policy matters before federal, state, and local regulatory bodies. Associates develop meaningful client relationships and significant responsibility from day one.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have three to six years of experience in telecommunications, technology transactions, and infrastructure law. The successful Associate will work directly with clients and play a meaningful role in counseling, regulatory advocacy, and practice development. The successful candidate must:
- Take ownership of their work and serve as a strategic advisor to clients.
- Be highly motivated to help grow an innovative and expanding practice.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Have a strong interest in regulatory, policy, and advocacy work, with a desire to deepen and expand that expertise.
- Be admitted to the Colorado Bar or eligible for admission through waiver.
Hybrid Work Arrangement
This role follows a hybrid work model. Hybrid schedules are determined based on role requirements and business needs. Must be local to the Boulder, CO area.
Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated salary range for this position is: $170,000 - $230,000. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as experience, qualifications, and skills. In addition to base salary, Associates are eligible to participate in the firm’s bonus programs. A full and comprehensive healthcare package is offered (medical, prescription drugs, vision, and dental).
