The practice has more than fifty years of experience representing companies and trade associations before the FDA, FTC and other government agencies, and in successfully handling challenges to marketed products, including putative class actions.

Differentiating the firm from many of its peers, Keller and Heckman utilizes an in-house scientific staff that works closely with the firm’s attorneys on matters of technical complexity, providing an unparalleled depth of expertise. I truly see the firm as a one-stop shop for regulatory, compliance, and day-to-day legal matters, and I really appreciate that they are so easy to work with”.

As stated on the Chambers and Partners website, “The Chambers research team acknowledges Ms. Krasny’s extensive knowledge of food labeling requirements and other complex regulatory matters. Clients benefit from her many years of experience both in-house and in private practice. She acts for trade associations and a wide range of food companies. Clients describe her as ‘approachable, responsive and technically sound’”.
