Herb Estreicher was quoted in the Article "EPA Declines to Defer to OSHA Rules in TSCA Existing Chemical Reviews." In the July 17th article, Herb says "People need to make the case that these agencies have full competency and are the right place to control those risks" as he urged companies to press EPA to defer to the existing rules of OSHA and the Consumer Product Safety Commission in advance of the July 26 deadline for public input on problem formulation documents.
