Herb Estreicher Opines in Article "No Insights in EPA Notices on 19 New Chemicals on Market"

In the April 24, 2017 Bloomberg BNA article, the almost 800 requests to make new chemicals or microbes subsequent to the June 26 passage of the new TSCA and the resulting logjam at the EPA is discussed. Herb offers that the 19 chemicals recently reviewed and approved that are not a part of the backlog are "biologicals and polymers, which tend to have few risks." To read the full article, click here.
