Tootsie Roll Dodges Another “Slack-Fill” Lawsuit

On October 18, 2021 a New Jersey federal judge dismissed plaintiff Regan Iglesia’s proposed class action lawsuit against Tootsie Roll Industries (“Tootsie Roll”).
