Roshna Mustikhan
Roshna Mustikhan assists clients with litigation matters in a variety of areas, including toxic torts and California’s Proposition 65.
Roshna skillfully navigates client disputes with a focus on resolution before litigation becomes necessary; however, when legal action is unavoidable, her extensive litigation background provides clients with a strong advantage.
Roshna also advises clients on compliance with state and local laws, such as California’s Proposition 65, the Plastic Pollution Prevention and Packaging Producer Responsibility Act (SB 54), and other legislation that relates to sustainability, including extended producer responsibility laws.
Prior to joining Keller and Heckman, Roshna served as a Law Clerk for a national insurance group, where she gained litigation experience related to data privacy, workers compensation, and employment discrimination. She also served as a Legal Assistant at a personal injury firm, where she developed advanced capabilities in legal research, discovery, and strategic trial preparation.
With a longstanding family history in the food industry, Roshna possesses valuable insight into the regulatory and compliance requirements inherent in food and drug law matters. She applies this industry-informed perspective when assisting clients with legal and regulatory requirements, product development, production, and marketing.
