Sheila Millar Quoted in FashionUnited Article on Textile EPR

Keller and Heckman Partner Sheila Millar was quoted in the FashionUnited article, “Textile EPR: What the 2026 policy outlook means for US fashion companies.” The article highlights the increasing awareness of textile waste across the United States, and how more and more states are looking to implement textile extended producer responsibility (EPR) schemes.
