Keller and Heckman's E-Vapor, Nicotine, and Tobacco Law Symposium Returns for its 10th Year in May 2026

Keller and Heckman will host its 10th Annual E-Vapor, Nicotine, and Tobacco Law Symposium on May 4-5, 2026, in Las Vegas, Nevada, immediately preceding the CHAMPS Trade Show. This highly regarded program is a must-attend event for manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, and retailers navigating today’s rapidly expanding marketplace—including electronic nicotine delivery systems (ENDS), modern oral nicotine products, heat-not-burn (HNB) products, and traditional tobacco categories such as hookah/shisha and cigars, as well as nicotine alternatives and CBD and hemp-derived products.

This year’s program will spotlight the latest developments in state, federal, and global laws and policies affecting these products and the broader deemed tobacco landscape, featuring insights from Keller and Heckman’s attorneys, leading industry experts and scientists, as well as government officials. Past attendees have described the symposium as “very informative” and “timely and relevant for tobacco industry stakeholders.”

Beyond the informative presentations and engaging panel discussions, attendees will have numerous opportunities to network with Keller and Heckman attorneys and scientists, as well as their fellow colleagues, during program breaks and a dedicated networking reception.

Registration for the 10th Annual E-Vapor, Nicotine, and Tobacco Law Symposium is now open. Pricing and event details can be found here.
