Keller and Heckman Partners Interviewed on Regulator Watch Regarding Changes to China’s E-Vapor Laws

Keller and Heckman Partners Azim Chowdhury and David Ettinger were recently interviewed on an episode of Regulator Watch about China’s recently amended Tobacco Monopoly Act, which has now been extended beyond traditional tobacco products to apply to e-cigarettes and other novel tobacco products. The interview focuses on China’s State Tobacco Monopoly Administration’s proposed Management Rules and National GB Standard for Electronic Cigarettes, and the impact these requirements for Chinese manufacturers could have on both the domestic and global e-cigarette industry.
